Causes and countermeasures for wrinkles when using die-cutting machine to print paper

   Causes and countermeasures of printing paper wrinkles
   In lithography, paper wrinkle deformation is a common defect. It not only brings troubles in the process, but also seriously affects the accuracy of overprinting, destroys the structure of the entire picture, and produces uneven ink. It can't even print and delay the delivery time. The main reasons for paper plate replacement are as follows.
   Paper wrinkles are deformed, depending on the basic state, there are large folds and small folds, as well as straight wrinkles and branch wrinkles. The position on the paper is mainly at the mouth, middle part and trailing point of the paper.
There are many reasons for , which can be summarized into two points:
   On the one hand, due to mechanical reasons, improper roller pressure caused;
   On the other hand, the cause of the paper itself.
   Specifically, there are the following factors:
  The uneven distribution of the moisture content of the paper is the main cause of the wrinkle and deformation of the paper. If the water content of the four sides is greater than the water content of the middle part (wave deformation), wrinkles at the end will occur; if the water content of the four sides is less than the water content of the middle part (close deformation), wrinkles in the middle part will occur. The pressure of the paper conveying the paper is uneven.
  Paper pressure roller is a device that controls the smooth and constant positioning of the paper. Due to the uneven pressure adjustment of each wheel, the paper will be affected by the axial force during the conveying process, which will cause the paper to bulge in the middle of the press and cause the buckling and deformation of the traction end.

   The embossing force of the embossing roller is uneven. The roller holds the paper teeth and firmly holds the paper, and each tooth maintains the force evenly. If the holding force of the holding teeth is insufficient, the rear end will be folded and deformed. If the force on one side is insufficient, the corresponding pin will wrinkle.
   The tooth pad is uneven and the difference is too large. When the paper is fixed in the teeth, the paper will emit waves, causing short-distance wrinkles near the mouth to deform.
   Improper paper transfer. If the length of the paper at the edge of the paper mouth changes during the switching process before embossing, it is easy to wrinkle and deform the paper, or even chip the edges of the paper.
   The mark is too deep. Because of its deep and dense traces, it produces paper folding and deformation when the paper is struck.
  The angle of the paper is at the half-tooth position. After positioning the paper, the corners of the paper are picked up by half or less by the drum, so the corners are often uncomfortable and folded on the edges of the paper.
   Paper fiber arrangement direction. When the paper is pressed into the host, the fiber arrangement direction is a straight thread, which is easy to cause wrinkles and deformation.
   Once the paper is wrinkled, we can find the main reason based on the above analysis. Generally speaking, if it is caused by mechanical factors, the folding and deformation position of the paper is basically fixed, and the tension is repeated, and each warp in the printing produces a line. If the paper itself is produced, its position is usually not fixed, and there are gaps. At the same time, it can also be tested by trial printing, which can rotate this batch of wrinkled or reflective embossed paper, or it can be printed on other papers. Judging from the folding phenomenon, the paper factors often change, and basically no changes are caused by mechanical factors. If two or more machines print the same type of paper, some machines will produce wrinkles, and some machines will not produce wrinkles, which is caused by machine factors. Find out the cause of wrinkles and start to solve it. If it is caused by a printing press, the machine can be adjusted repeatedly with the right medicine. If it is due to paper, dry paper can be processed according to the area, weight, type and humidity sensitivity of the paper, and the setting accuracy required by the product. It is best to use wind blowing. Air-blasting can not only improve the performance in a short time. Printability can also achieve the purpose of cleaning paper such as dust removal and debris removal.
