The part of the laminating machine consists of the following four parts:
　　①The size of the pressing wheel of the pressing module, the height of the surface temperature, and the length of the charging time will be related to the high efficiency of the evaporation of residual organic solvents, the activity level of the super glue and the actual effect of the fit.
　　②Before rolling, the refrigerating module laminated finished product is cooled by the refrigerating wheel, which can push the superglue crystals, improve the initial strength, and prevent the laminated material from moving during unwinding.
　　③The sizing module is based on different equipment design schemes. The sizing methods include roller sizing and scraper sizing. The superglue sizing surface is also different from the cloth material on the door, the bottom or the plastic film. The different coating methods make the superglue penetrate into the sheet and the demulsification are different. Naturally, the situation is different. The actual effect will also be different. In addition, whether the engraving on the sizing wheel, and the fancy of the texture will also affect the degree of difficulty of the glue and the shape of the super glue sizing (omnidirectional sizing, spot sizing) . The uniquely engraved sizing wheels are matched with the selection of suitable superglue, and can even be compounded to produce high-functional finished products, such as breathability, light and soft touch.
　　④ Whether or the length of the drying module and the drying method (heating air circulation system or infrared induction assist), there are also different design schemes according to the front and rear stickers and the roller or scraper glue. The evaporation rate of the super glue organic solvent is closely related to the dryness standard of the equipment. How to adjust the material to still have excellent viscosity during bonding is the key to good quality.
