  The influence of the paper feeding part
   At present, the automatic flat-bed die-cutting machine at home and abroad widely adopts the continuous paper feeding method. Most of the feeder power is controlled by an electromagnetic clutch and driven by a chain. The power-driven air distribution valve distributes the vacuum for different logical time periods, so as to realize the vacuum release of the paper separation nozzle and the paper delivery nozzle. After the power-driven air distribution valve is used for a period of time, the air distribution logic time error will be caused due to factors such as dust, wear, etc., which will affect the accuracy of paper conveying, and then affect the accuracy of die cutting. So after using it for a period of time, take it off and clean it with a clean dry cloth dipped in alcohol. At present, most automatic die-cutting machines are equipped with paper-feeding detection devices. If there is a large paper-feeding error, the detection device will automatically alarm and stop, but this will have some impact on the accuracy of die-cutting.   The influence of the front and rear positioning blocks
   The front and rear positioning blocks determine the gripping amount of the gripper row and the positioning of the paper. The front and rear positioning blocks are generally made of nylon or steel materials, but no matter what material is used, they should have good strength and stability to ensure that each group of grippers can be positioned in the same position. Fine-tuning the action mechanism of the positioning block can realize the clearance adjustment of the gripper row, thereby ensuring the die-cutting accuracy of the product. After the die-cutting equipment runs for a period of time, the chain, the gripper row, etc. will be deformed. Adjusting the gripper row clearance through the positioning block is an important means to compensate for the deformation error. For ease of use, many die-cutting equipment suppliers have designed an adjustment mechanism on the gripper row. By adjusting the positioning position of a single gripper row and positioning block, the size of the paper gripper can be changed to realize a single gripper row. The precision adjustment. But in this way, if the operation is slightly careless, it will affect the accuracy of die-cutting.
  The influence of the positioning mechanism on the side of the squeegee row
  The side positioning mechanism of the paper gripper row is generally fixed on one side and movable on the other side. In order to improve the lateral accuracy of paper transport, the fixed positioning side is close to the fixed positioning plate, and there is no gap under the action of the movable side positioning compression spring. If there is a gap in the middle due to insufficient pressure of the positioning spring on the movable side or abrasion of the positioning plate on the fixed side, it will affect the lateral accuracy of the paper transport and thus the die-cutting accuracy. For some concave-convex products or hot-fixed products, this problem is very common. When this kind of problem occurs, it is generally necessary to replace the gripper row or the positioning device on the gripper row, but I think the most convenient way is to repair the gripper row side positioning mechanism by adjusting the accuracy of a single gripper row The positioning accuracy.
